Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will happily refund or exchange your item within 28 days of you receiving it, provided you have taken reasonable care of the product & its box, it is unworn other than as required for inspection, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this has not been done.
Please include the despatch note or print off the invoice which was emailed to you at the time of your order and record the reason for return before enclosing it in the parcel. Please repackage the product in its original packaging including the outer postal box or a similar box in order to prevent damage. If the item packaging is damaged we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return postage (up to £3.00) from your refund.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office as we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for returned goods not received.
Items returned after 28 days from receipt will unfortunately not be eligible for exchange or refund.
These conditions do not affect your statutory right to a refund in the event of the item being faulty.

If you paid a surcharge for express delivery we will not refund the surcharge should you decide to return the items for refund.
Please note returns from outside the UK are not free and we cannot refund their cost other than in the event of an error or fault by us.
