| Sizing GuideBra Fitting Advice
Use this guide to find your right bra size:
- Measure tightly under your bust (if its not yours ask permission first!) - remember, that a bra will stretch when worn but the tape will not.
- Use the table below to calculate what under band size you are- for example 25" measurement =30" underband. If you fall in between a sizing always go up
- Take a loose over-bust measurement, say 31
- Takeaway the over bust measurement from the under bust measurement , 31- 25 = 6
- Look up your cup size in the other table, eg 6 = C
- This give you your true bra size eg 30C

Please note that where UK dress sizes are quoted these are approximate as there is no industry standard for UK 10, 12, 14, etc. Sizes will also vary depending on the fabric and design.
