Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we will happily refund or exchange your item within 28 days of you receiving it, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
Please print off the invoice which was emailed to you at the time of your order and record the reason for return before enclosing it in the parcel. Please repackage the product in its original packaging.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office as we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for returned goods not received.
Items returned after 28 days from receipt will unfortunately not be eligible for exchange or refund. Our return address is Caressa, Freepost, RSUY-ZCKE-SCAX, Unit 101 Red House Farm, Bacton, Stowmarket, IP14 4SB Please note returns from outside the UK are not free and we cannot refund their cost other than in the event of an error or fault by us.
