We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and you can expect delivery within the UK within 5 working days (with the exception of made to measure items). Delivery times will be longer for overseas customers. (Please note at busy times of the year, it may take a little longer to dispatch items to you).
If your item is not in stock and we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers, you will be notified of the approximate delivery timescale and given the option to wait for the product, request a different item or cancel your order.
Note that all deliveries will require a signature. If our courier is unable to deliver they will hold it only for one week before returning to us, and it may be some time before we can redeliver.

UK Tracked delivery (requires a signature) Over £60.00 free, otherwise £3.50
Elsewhere free on Orders of £95.00 or more otherwise £9.50
We may split your order into more than one delivery but you will be charged only for one delivery.
Customs & Import Duty
If you are ordering a product for delivery outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs
